Nicole is a physician originally from Utah, who has lived in North Carolina and moved to New Zealand in 2013. Now based in Auckland with her husband and three children, she brings a unique global perspective to her work and her podcast, combining medical expertise with a passion for cross-cultural living and family life.

Richard

Richard is a physician who grew up in New Jersey, with significant time in New York, Los Angeles, and Denver. In 2023, he relocated to Auckland with his wife and two children, adding a fresh immigrant perspective to the podcast as he navigates life in New Zealand while balancing his medical career and family commitments.

Lauren

Lauren is a podcast producer with a background that spans across the U.S. She was born in Arkansas, raised in urban Minnesota, and has lived in North Carolina, Florida, and now calls Colorado home. A mother to two girls and two dogs, Lauren  enjoys listening to a variety of podcasts, from  organizational psychology  and behavioral science to pop culture news and comedy, fueling her love for engaging, thought-provoking content.
